My Philosophy
My coaching philosophy is all about having you ‘get stuff done’ with more ease, systems and confidence!
I’m a very blunt, tell-it-like-it-is type of coach who will show you EXACTLY how to start, grow and market your business the right way from the start (or back up and fix what’s missing in your business if you’re already in business).
I have gained a wide and deep set of knowledge about all kinds of marketing and business-building strategies in my 23 years of experience working with small business owners.
I coach entrepreneurs on anything from: social media, online marketing, advertising, publicity, graphic and web design, copywriting and marketing messages, follow up and relationship building to speaking and selling from the stage, sales conversations, developing information products and services such as ebooks, courses, home study programs, high end coaching programs, memberships, masterminds, live events, becoming an author and more.
It’s all about leveraging your expertise into a CONSISTENTLY PROFITABLE sustainable business doing what you love.
Where To Start
It’s all about YOUR “Order of Importance”!
What’s important about all these things however, (the social media, networking, speaking, funnels and all the things you “need” to do) is that you tie them all together, they flow in your business like a smooth-running machine, without that you’re just hap hazzardly marketing and running your business!
We have to figure out YOUR unique “Order of Importance” first (most entrepreneurs don’t know what this is, they don’t “see” it).
Your “Order of Importance” includes looking at ALL of the following:
- Your big picture vision of what you want your business and life to look like.
- Your big money goals – what DO you REALLY need to make each month?
- What you’re selling… too many people are NOT selling the things that WILL bring them to THAT ideal money goal and we need to tweak the offerings usually 100% of the time.
- How you LIKE to show up – introvert/extrovert? Social media fan or not? Love networking/speaking or not? We take into consideration ALL of this so we make sure to design your business the way YOU WANT it to be.
- How much TIME you have to work on growing your business… if you have a day job still, then you have more limited availability than someone who is working full time in their business. If you have four kids at home then you have a whole other set of priorities also. If you’re single vs. married, etc. It all matters!
- How committed you are to doing WHATEVER it takes to grow your business the way you want.
We develop and design your business around that vision AND the type of lifestyle you want to live. I believe it’s possible to make money at doing almost anything your heart desires, you just may need a little coaching to get what that is out of you and to show you HOW to make that dream become a PROFITABLE reality. That’s what I LOVE to do and am VERY good at doing!
